Note
Republished so the published artifacts match their source. No change to any operative disclosure. Two artifacts derived from the v3.9 release - the retained PDF and the published page at protocolwealthllc.com/privacy - were produced from a pre-final draft and did not match the v3.9 canonical text they shipped with. On the Plaid paragraph the canonical text said the advance notice DOES NOT discharge the Subprocessors 30-day advance-notice obligation; both derived artifacts said it did. The canonical text was correct throughout and is unchanged. Because a published version is immutable once archived, the v2026.08.13 record and its retained PDF are left exactly as published and this version supersedes them rather than either artifact being corrected in place. Clients who read the v3.9 PDF or the published page between August 13 and August 14, 2026 should read this version: the 30-day advance-notice obligation was not, and is not, discharged by naming Plaid in advance. It remains owed and is delivered by email to each client account before Plaid is enabled.
