Pricing
Transparent, service-based pricing aligned with your goals. All fees are disclosed in our ADV Part 2A.
Regulatory filing links current as of July 6, 2026.
How we price
Protocol Wealth charges a service-based advisory retainer. Your fee reflects the scope and complexity of the work we do for you — the services you engage, the intensity of the relationship, the complexity of your financial situation, and the technology required to manage and report on your assets — rather than your asset level alone. For discretionary asset management, an asset-based component may apply in addition to or in place of a flat retainer, as detailed in your advisory agreement.
The stated maximum advisory fee is 2.00% per year. All fees are negotiable and are set out in writing in Exhibit A of your Client Advisory Agreement before the relationship begins. Fees are billed monthly in arrears and are separate from third-party costs such as custodian fees, brokerage and execution costs, fund expense ratios, and blockchain network (gas) fees.
Every fee is set along five dimensions
Time & intensity
Meeting cadence, responsiveness, and how often we monitor.
Capabilities engaged
Planning, discretionary management, digital-asset and onchain operations, and options strategy.
Services breadth
How many of our services and schedules the relationship uses.
Advice complexity
Multi-entity, trust and estate structures, restricted positions, tax coordination, and cross-border considerations.
Technology complexity
Custody architecture, onchain execution, and the tooling needed to manage and report on it.
Fees are set individually per engagement and documented in writing in Exhibit A of your Client Advisory Agreement before the relationship begins. No single client's terms are typical.
Complete and controlling fee information is available in our ADV Part 2A.
