Note

Second AI provider named ahead of engagement. §4.2 described one primary provider (Anthropic) and two additional AI providers in narrower roles that do not receive client data. xAI Corp. is a third such provider: it is engaged today for adversarial review of Protocol Wealth's own source code, which is firm data and not client data. An advisor-chat capability using the Grok API is built and the credential is provisioned, but the surface is NOT ENABLED and no client advisory content flows to xAI. Anthropic remains the only provider that receives client advisory content. Naming xAI here before that surface is enabled is early transparency and does NOT discharge the §16 obligation to communicate material changes affecting AI Services by email to the primary contact address; that notice remains owed in full before the surface is turned on. Companion to the Privacy Policy effective August 25, 2026 (v3.11) and the Subprocessors List effective August 25, 2026 (v1.14). The bytes originally retained for this version were pinned mid-draft, before the canonical text was final, and were never served to any client. They were regenerated over the final text on August 25, 2026, twice, each time with the owner's approval: first after the vendor-attestation and client-data-path corrections, and again after three further corrections to the version-history and governance wording that still carried a premise the body had already dropped. The edition itself is unchanged throughout.
