Adds a "Client Portal Assistant" section: the portal assistant is a limited beta, its answers are not reviewed by an adviser first and can be wrong, and it does not give investment, tax or financial advice, trade, move money, or change accounts (wording from Privacy Policy v3.17). Governance and Controls: the core audit log and the AI-interaction log now reject edits and deletes at the database level; the disclosure states that the logs are protected against alteration and, because neither is hash-chained, are not independently tamper-evident. This replaces "append-only by application, not enforced immutable by the database".
