Section 4.1 names a third exception to adviser review: AI Suggestions in your client portal. If you turn it on, AI suggests labels for your own bank transactions, and rules that would apply such a label to similar transactions; an adviser does not review the suggestions before you see them, and nothing changes until you confirm one. No fee, governing law, or dispute term is altered.
