Business owners

One plan for your company, your equity, and everything else you own.

Your business holds the cash, the retirement plan and most of your net worth. You want one plan for all three.

Your situation

Does this sound like you?

  • Most of your net worth is tied to one operating company.
  • Your business holds operating cash and reserves, and nobody has written down what each part is for.
  • You have a retirement plan for yourself and your employees, or you are deciding whether to start one.
  • A sale, succession or partner change is coming, and you want to plan for it before it forces a decision.

The work

What we work on together

Your business cash

Define operating cash, liquidity reserves, strategic reserves and investment assets, and what each is allowed to do. Map obligations, payroll, inflows and distributions so the business does not rely on forced selling.

Treasury management

Your retirement plan, and your employees’

Plan types such as a Solo 401(k), SEP IRA, SIMPLE IRA and cash balance plan are explained on our tax-aware reference. For an ERISA-covered plan account we advise, the signed agreement elects our role: an ERISA §3(21) adviser or a §3(38) investment manager. We are not the plan administrator, and selecting and monitoring us stays with the plan’s named fiduciary.

ERISA and retirement plan accounts

Your household, kept separate from the business

Separate household liquidity needs from business operating needs.

Your exit

Exit, succession, partner, or family-transition planning before a forced decision. Document the policy for diversification, reserves, and reinvestment after any sale or distribution.

Your advisers, working together

Coordinate tax, legal, insurance, and estate professionals around one planning process.

How we work

How a first conversation works

  1. A 30-minute call about what’s on your mind. No preparation needed.

  2. If it fits, we map your whole balance sheet: business, equity, digital assets, family.

  3. If we’re a fit, we agree the scope and fee in writing before any work starts. You decide whether to go ahead.
