What would you be shown before you sign?
Paste a public Ethereum address. This reads its recent history and reports what leads people to sign the wrong transaction: addresses that imitate ones it has paid, zero-value and fake-token transfers that plant those imitators in its history, and token approvals that are still open.
It is an early piece of milestone B of thegrant proposal for scoped permissions and pre-signature checks. The checks are deterministic code; no model decides anything.
What it reads, and from where
- Ethereum mainnet only: the 200 most recent ERC-20 transfers and the 300 most recent transactions the address sent.
- Your browser asks Blockscout’s public API directly. The address you enter goes to Blockscout, not to Protocol Wealth, and nothing is stored.
- Approvals and payments are judged from transactions the address sent itself. A smart account such as a Safe sends none directly, so its lookalikes and approvals are not covered yet, and neither are signed permits.
What it is not
- Informational and illustrative only. It is not a security audit, and a clean result does not mean an address is safe.
- It reports only. It never connects a wallet, signs, or blocks anything.
- It is not investment advice and creates no advisory relationship.
